Went to post office to send back Amazon parcel and The guy behind the counter is very rude and grumpy. He doesn’t like getting return item from online orders. I told him he’s on wrong job and he should get a job somewhere else. He never say thank you.

Very rude and incompetent personnel. I went there just with a return eBay box, there was a long queue, therefore I asked to the cashier before to do the queue if the return sheet could have been printed there, she check it vaguely and she said yes it is fine please go and queue, so I have been queuing for more than 30 minutes. When I was back in front of the same cashier, she said that the return label has to be printed before, at that stage I told her why you did not tell me? I just asked you in order to avoid the queue with no reason. A colleague next to the one I was, dealing with she started to insult me saying leave this post office and do not comeback here anymore, nobody was apologies for what happened. Now, I will be sending a complaint to the Post Office and aske a proper investigation about this incident....Rude Incompetent and racist.....
